Where am I going wrong with my xml file that it doesn't install the VL version? Do I need to have a MAK or KMS server to activate? I hope not. The message returned states ' this product key is for VL version of MS Outlook which isn't installed'. I have the option of entering a product key and do so. When I open Outlook 2021 LTSC it is asking to be activated.

The licenses are there in the CSP, I've downloaded the office deployment tool from the M365 Admin Center and configured the xml. I purchased a volume license for Outlook 2021 LTSC. I have 10 PCs that only had Outlook 2010 or 2013 on them. So, we are just getting our email from M365.

We are using Office 2019 on our PCs and didn't need to purchase the M365 version of Office. You just need to uninstall the product from your old machine (if possible), download it on your new PC, install and activate using your license key.My company just moved from Exchange 2013 on-prem to Exchange online. It is also possible to transfer a license from one computer to another if necessary. If you'd like to use the add-in only on two computers, at home and at work, you can purchase just 1 license for the Personal edition of Ultimate Suite. You can also open the help page for a particular tool directly from Excel by clicking the F1 button at the bottom of the add-in pane / window. Moreover, there is a user manual for each tool available from here. In the meantime, you can find a complete list of the Ultimate Suite components along with the links to the pages for each tool here.
